Yes, you can easily score 50+ in maths. As 1 month is enough time for the preparation of that much score.
You only have to do is solve and remember the questions of NCERT Book because in Boards 80 percent questions are from NCERT book.

see most of the indian university gives admission through entrance test or qualifying score in graduation course. for some of the courses it some times mentions that you need to have mathematics in 10+2 level. time to time eligibility criteria change and you need to check the official website

To work in ISRO, you should have a Bachelor's degree in BE,B.Tech. B.Sc Engineering, Diploma+B.E/B.Tech Lateral Entry, B.Sc+B.E/B.Tech Lateral Entry, AMIE or Part time BE/B.Tech.
