MBBS seats
Hi
MCI has decided to provide 10% reservation for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) in all government MBBS colleges for admission through NEET 2020.
Around 5000 seats are expected to increase.
50 private colleges were also expected to establish this year and around 30 colleges have already started.
Not all the states will increase 50 seats in government Medical colleges. They are still working on numbers of seats.

You need to apply in different state counsellings for management seats in private medical colleges of different states. Keep in mind you are not eligible for government seats in states other than your domicile state (Bihar in your case).
You can apply for round 1 or directly the mop up round, it is up to you. But it is also possible that the mop up round might not be conducted. Better to be safe and apply right from round 1.
Hello aspirant,
You have a pretty low rank in NEET 2020. With this rank, you will not get any seats in MBBS or BDS courses through the All India Quota Seats (15%). You can however try for State Quota seats but even then there is a low chance for getting into any government institutions. You can instead apply for the deemed private colleges in BDS programmes. If you have a category rank, try availing that and see how it works for you.

In 2019, under State Quota, a score of 575 secured a seat in GMC, Bahraich under General Category with an All India Rank of 14621 . That was the cut off. This was a whopping increase of cut off by 150 marks given the fact that in 2018, 479 was the cut off for General Category. Now this past. Compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score, it is difficult to predict chances. This year, an All India Rank of 14632 secured 612 marks and it is still unclear whether that Student has secured a seat because the top NEET score for UP has been 700. With all this it is difficult to predict anything. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
