It totally depends upon your interest. So here I'm telling you straight that if you're interested in research field and you want to dive into the fields like science, biology, biostatistics etc. then I'll suggest you to go with msc biotechnology as after that doing phd in it will give you the same.
Now if you want to go into management division then definitely go for MBA but for that you can do general MBA as it will give you lots of opportunity than MBA in biotechnology.
So choose wisely as both are totally different in terms of syllabus and career prospects.
