National Eligibility cum Entrance Test
HEY THERE!!!
There is no quota in NEET for students with epilepsy for MBBS admission. Epilepsy is not a benchmark disability identified for the Persons with Disabilities (PwD) reservation in NEET. The PwD quota (5% seats) is only for candidates with certain benchmark disabilities as per the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, and epilepsy is not one of them.
In short:
Epileptic students are not entitled to any special reservation or quota under NEET for admission to MBBS, except in case of some other qualifying disability under the government PwD guidelines

Dear aspirant,
An expected score of 420 in NEET is not considered as high enough to get a seat in government medical college especially for the All India Quota. It may be sufficient for some private colleges or for certain reserved categories in state level counseling. So if you belong to a reserved category then your chances of getting a seat in a government medical college may be a bit better. You can check our college predictor to get best results. Visit this link given below.

If you have scored 518 marks in NEET 2025 and you are from Karnataka, your chances of getting a seat in a government medical college depend on your category.
If you are from the general category, the cutoff is usually above 620 marks, so 518 is not enough for a government MBBS seat.
If you are from the OBC category, the cutoff is also higher than 580 marks in most cases, so it is unlikely.
If you are from SC or ST category, then there may be a chance to get a seat in a government college, especially in the later rounds of counselling.
Your chances of getting into a government institution with an MBBS seat if you have a NEET score of 518 in Karnataka would depend on your category. You have a good chance in OBC and reserved categories like SC/ST because the cutoffs for these categories were at or below your score the previous year. The cutoff was higher for the general category, though, so your prospects were minimal.
You have scored 382 marks in NEET 2025, and you belong to the SC category with Delhi University (DU) quota.
For DU government medical colleges like MAMC, UCMS, and Lady Hardinge, the cutoff for SC category is usually above 550 marks. Since your score is 382, it is much lower than the required marks for MBBS under DU quota.
So, it is very unlikely that you will get a seat in DU medical colleges for MBBS.
The cutoff scores for Jubilee Mission Medical College, Thrissur, in the All India Quota (AIQ) B category for NEET 2024 were 665 in Round 1 (AIR 15,663) and 657 in Rounds 2 and 3 (AIR approximately 20,825–21,137). Later rounds saw a minor decline in the cutoff, although generally speaking, entry in this category needed a score above 650.
