If you have gazzette with your changed name then you should not worry at all.
When a person changes his name, he has to get a gazzette certificate to verify . Due to this certificate the person's name is changed in government citizen list officially.
You may apply for neet pg with your new name
You will have to upload gazette certificate too.
Make sure your aadhar card , pan card shows your changed name .
Gazette certificate is the provision for citizens who change their caste or name Due to any reason.
