Looking at the previous year NEET PG Cutoff for MD physiology seat in Maulana Azad Medical College delhi, you would require a maximum rank of around 42000 to be eligible for admission. The last year's closing NEET PG Cutoff rank for SC or Reserved category in MS physiology

Yes, you can give the NEET PG exam to pursue Masters of Physiotherapy course. Other entrance examinations for MPT are listed below-

1. IPU CET- It is conducted by the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

See as per your Marks-365 it is difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota if applicable.

I too have same issue so I raised query through communication portal nbe I got reply that once submitted in edit window it cannot be submitted again.However if they are in need of  any images again then they will mail through your registered email Id before admit card release..
