Hello Student
To take admission in 4th standard class in CBSE board your age should be at least 8 years and 6 months on 31st March of this year and not exceeding 10 years on that year's 31st March.so if you had not crossed the age of 10 years you can take admission in class 4 standard under CBSE board.

hi,
see government medical colleges has reservation for 85% seats for domicile candidates. so candidates who belongs to that particular state and fulfill the all the eligibility criteria along with marks of 12th course, age limit , has passed 12th exam from a recognized education board and eligible to apply. so even if you have studied from NIOS board you are eligible to 85% seat quota of the state government medical colleges.
State counseling for state quota seats (85%) & private colleges including Management quota seats will be conducted through state counseling authority.
hope it would help.
