As all three are top NITs so uh can prefer any . But if you look for branch then CSE at kurukshetra , ECE at MNNIT Allahabad and CSE in NIT Bhopal are the best preference order . Now choice is yours .

As you have already mentioned in your query , that as per your rank.. you are little closer to the cut off because according to previous year database , the closing rank for HS category in NIT Kurukshetra is 4574.(For ECE branch)

Both the college NIT kurukshetra (IT) and DTU(MCE) are really good. But as far as crowd / exposure is concerned I think NIT kurukshetra is far better from DTU . You get a really good crowd , each of them are top rankers . Also you get more
