It's quite difficult to say but you might able to get lower NLUs and since you are domicile of Jharkhand and  compare to other category PWD candidates cutoff is less. You have a fair chance. Lets hope for the best and wait till the official cutoff list.

Even if you belong to ST category your clat score is very low. You cannot get home state NLU also till last round. I would suggest you to either join private law college or tale a drop and appear for next year. Atleast score 90 marks or above

I'm sorry to say this but you will not able to get admission in top 5 NLUs because this year due to easy paper High cutoff is expected . But surely you will get admission in one of the NLUs.
