It will depend upon the cut off for this year. But you can predict from previous year cutoff. With your rank and quota you will get a seat in one of the good nlu's.

Here is a list of all NLUs and their respective cut offs in 2017 for the general category. Taking a look at this and previous trends if you have a rank till 1200 you seem to have a fair chance for All India seats in NLUs.

There is very less probability or say less than that. With a rank of around 15k you are not going to be in any National Law University.

I will however  recommend you that join some traditional University at this stage and try next year. Hope it the best.

In the second merit list, the closing cutoffs for the MNLUs are as follows - 

• MNLU Mumbai - 508
• MNLU Nagpur - 1187
• MNLU Aurangabad - 1338

Since you have MP domicile, the cutoffs in these three colleges might dip to your rank, but it's very less likely to happen. 

It seems tough for you to get admission into any NLU as in the second merit list, the lowest cutoff is of DNLU Jabalpur which is 1447 for General. So there are very slim chances that the cutoff of any NLU might dip to your rank.

However, don't lose hope as there are hundreds of colleges which accept a CLAT score so keep a track of them as well while waiting for the cutoffs while keeping your options open.

With this Rank probably you have very good chances for getting some of lower NLU'S,as a OBC Cagegory student This is a Good rank for you for Getting admitted in lower NLU the Cutoff goes around 3 k to 4 k if you have State Dmoicile too.So don't be worry your chaces are good.
