National Law Universities
Even with all the fuss created about with the huge inflation in marks, so many people scoring above 120+ and people having attempted the whole paper of 200 questions it still seems probable that you have chances in NLU Shimla and NLU Jabalpur. You see most people are confident of getting into top law colleges and when they don't, they start the vicious cycle of dropping years, taking so many attempts and much more. And hence there are many seats vacant in NLUs even after the counselling is over. If you have scored fair enough marks and crossed the cutoff, they will definitely shortlist you.You will get through. In the aforementioned colleges as well as some other lower ranked NLUs. Don't worry.Best of luck! Hope it helps.
Hi, Keerthi
Let me clear your query your Score in CLAT is very Low with this Score you won't get any NLU, cuttoff for NLU is Always higher and this year paper was easy so cuttoff will be more than 120 and less than 150-160 so,with this rank sorry to say you won't get any NLU.
Dont loose hope you still have chances to get admission in some of good private colleges on your Score. Here are some of good Private Law Colleges.
All the best
Hello
First of all congrats forr securing good rank in NLU 2019 . As per my knowledge students below 1k ranks are eligible for almost all top NLU (it will be little tough if you are from general category) . So you have very high chance of securing good course in 2nd round of counselling else last round counselling is all yours :)
I am assuming you a general candidate (for reserved category it will be much easier) As per previous year cutoff and trends you will definitely get assured seat in tier 2 NLUs Though it will tough for getting seat in top ones still you have hope and you have to wait till last round for getting top colleges .
All the best:)
With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 3900-4700. If you fall in general category then even with a state domicile you won't be able to get into NLUs Shimla or Jabalpur. But since you have a pretty decent score so you can definitely look out for other colleges under IPU like
Apart from that you can check out the colleges you can get with your rank using the following link

Apart from that you have high chances of getting into the NLUs like Trichy, Shimla and Jabalpur.
Hello Vivek,
If you have scored 122, you might not get top 5 NLUs, but you still might be able to go to other good law colleges using your scores. However, if you wish to reappear for the exam next year, you can surely do so along with your college. However, I hope that you aware that once you get into your desired NLU, you would have to withdraw your previous admissions.
all the best!
With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 240-550. If you fall in general category then you can easily get NLUs except NLSIU Bangalore, NALSAR Hyderabad and WB NUJS Kolkata. If you have the state domicile of MP then you have some chances of getting into NLIU Bhopal considering their closing rank of 420. But you have 100% chances of getting Jabalpur.
All the very best
