where can I find ntse up papers

roshni 30th Dec, 2021

Hello,

Hope you are doing good! Here's your answer!

The National Talent Search Exam, popularly known as NTSE, is an all-India competitive exam held annually for the students who are pursuing class 10th. NTSE or National Talent Search Examination is a national level exam conducted by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) for granting scholarships to meritorious students studying in class 10th. NTSE is only held for 10th standard students and the exam is conducted in two different stages – Stage I and II. An NTSE scholar can pass the admission test of a college and get direct entry to it.

Qualifying the scholarship exam is an added advantage when you apply for jobs. An NTSE scholar is given more preference in government jobs and is also helpful when appearing for interviews in different prestigious jobs. NTSE aims to evaluate the abilities of students in specific fields such as logical reasoning, critical thinking, aptitude, science, mathematics, and social sciences.

Only the students who qualify for Stage-I are eligible to appear for the Stage-II exam. The meritorious students who qualify for Stage-II are later honoured with financial assistance in the form of monthly scholarships. NTSE is a scientifically constructed talent assessment methodology.

Qualified candidates from different states will be allotted with an exam center of the same state or in the selected state. The second stage of NTSE also has 2 papers: Mental Ability Test (MAT) and Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT). Both papers have 100 MCQs and the allotted time is 120 minutes. It evaluates a person's strengths and weaknesses based on concepts learnt in school.
