Hello Priyanshu,  174 is really good marks in NTSE stage 1. But for Delhi,  NTSE cut offs are really high, for general category its near about 178+ , so to get selected for stage 2 under general category,  In Delhi state,  It's really quite difficult.
But never loss hopes ,
