In the NTSE form, 10% of the seats are reserved for EWS category. EWS is a reserved category which refers to economically weaker section who though belongs to the general category but have a family income of less than 8 lakhs per annum. They do not fall under OBC/SC/ST.
U can easily access PDF of ncert class 9 an 10 books and also u must read the related topics from the icse textbook.

NTSE UP application forms need to be submitted to allotted centre. List of Examination center is provided in application form. For Meerut there are 3 centers are allocated where application forms can be submitted.
