Bihar SCERT has released the cutoff marks and OBC cutoff is 124. As you are saying that you got 143 marks, so your name should be in the list if not, then you should contact BiharSCERT or you can also contact Liasion officer of Bihar state. visit the link

NTSE has a minimum qualifying marks of 40% for general candidates and and 32% for reserved candidates. The expected cut off marks for various categories of candidates for the year 2019 are as follows:
1. General - 85.09
2. Sc- 56.43
3. St- 52.12
4. Physically Handicapped- 53.47
