Yes, NCERT increased the number of NTSE scholarships from 1000 to 2000 from this year. So, from this year a total of 2000 candidates will be selected for scholarships. For more details, you should follow the link given below:

I would like to tell you that JAC will publish the NTSE Jharkhand 2019 cutoff for stage 1 in the first week of March 2019 along with the result.

But considering the previous year score then the cutoff was 113 for general category.
