It's unfortunate that you're forced to go through this problem. As it seems, there must be a typing error in the result sheet where your name got printed both in the EWS and OBC sections. I would suggest you to not worry. If you applied for the OBC

EWS certificate is required after the declaration of the result to crosscheck the given details and their authenticity.  If you have qualified the 2nd stage of NTSE then you need to present your EWS certificate.
