Hello Aspirant,

There might be some technical error with the website which you are using or there might be some network issue. So I would suggest you to retry it. What you do is just close that window and open it again and then retry it. If it doesn't work

As per your queries, in NTSE form if it is compelsary to attach or submit income certificate i.e, if that is marked as compelsary then the income certificate should be attached or submitted if not then no need to worry if you have not attached the income certificate.
