You don't need to worry at all even if you are 38 years old as for neet 2021 there is no upper age limit because the case of upper age limit of 25 years is still pending in Supreme Court and until the supreme court its judgement is there

This is because,

To be eligible for neet, you should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-

  • at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB
