Yes obviously you can appear in NEET examination 2021. As per the eligibility criteria of neet examination you should have passed your ten plus two level with bio, physics chemistry and English. There is a minimum age criteria, but there is no maximum age limit till the supreme court

for this category, there are not many people come forward to get it. but yeah, there are some people. but those people generally come with good ranks and get all the available seats (there are very less seats for it). so, it is not enough to have 250+

I can understand that this year despite of scoring such a high score you get such a rank but this shows that how much the competetion is rising and also the cutoff is going to rise so much high .
