As you must have been aware of the fact that the cut off is expected to go high this year. Since, you have scored 375, there is no any chance of you getting a seat in Government Medical College.

You can opt for MBBS in Private Medical College.

First of all your overall 12th percentage obtained by you is not considered for Neet eligibility

Also,
It's okay, if your percentage in 12th board is less than 50% but what is your aggregate percentage in PCB i. e physics chemistry and Biology in 12th board

You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, going by your profile, we understand that you belong to Tamilnadu and this answer is being written in that perspective. Compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks

The general cut off for OBC Category is: 146-113. With a score of 254 assuming that you belong to Maharashtra based on your profile, you cannot get a seat anywhere. You might have chances in Management Quota of Deemed Universities. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and

General Category/EWS: 720-147

OBC: 146-113

SC: 146-113

ST: 146-113

General Category/EWS-PWD: 146-129

We do not have OBC cut offs for TAC, Pune. But in 2019, under State Quota, 408 marks secured a seat in Tilak Ayurvedic College under SC Category and 408 was te cut off. Going by that, 362 marks might not get you a Government Quota seat byt might get
