As you haven't mentioned category I am assuming it as general. As this year cutoff is going to rise comparitevely 30-40 marks above then last year that leave you no government college seat at yours marks either through the AIQ or through your state quota counseling(delhi). You might try for

The NEET cut of for SC Category is 146-113. With a score of 45, it is difficult for a seat even in Private Colleges because you haven't wualified in NEET. But if you have decided about studying Medicine, you have to reappear for NEET in 2021 and score real good.

Bpt needs a great score too butcot depends on category you belong. If you belong to unreserved general category you need to score a quite higher.
