must have passed in both the theory and practical of PCB with at least 50 % in aggregate
Neet eligibility criteria says that, to be eligible you must have passed your 12th with English and PCB (pass in both the theory and practical ) with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if you belong to general category or

no you can not get addmission in mbbs. If you want to get addmission in mbbs then neet is a mandatory entrance examination. and by the way the pmss is a prime ministers special scholarship scheme. this is not an entrance examination or an alternative for neet.
