I understand that, but for getting into medical courses, you should have 50% marks in your HSC exam.

"Medical me jane ke liye NEET Exam dena padhta hai. NEET Exam dene ke liye 50% marks hona zaroori hai 12th me"

Eligibility criteria for Neet :

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.

Minimum age limit is 17 years .

No Maximum age limit in NEET .

how to calculate cut off for neet exam?

cutoff always change according to score in neet, there is no formula for cutoff.how many seats does all medical colleges have into 5,consider if there are 10000 seats in Neet ,then they will take ranks upto 50000. so,cutoff always change according to student performance in neet.
