Hello there,
Yes, janeu (sacred thread) is allowed in NEET. There is no such rules regarding sacred thread, only metal objects are not allowed. You should obey the dress code said by the authorities. If your dress code is correct, you are allowed. The sacred thread won't  create a problem.

July 26 is confirmed date of NEET 2020 as per official notice. But indian corona virus cases are increasing tremendously and thus it is difficult to predict whether the date is confirmed or not as it may be postponed also if COVID cases increases at that time. but

Mock tests are generally a bit tougher to prepare you for the worst. If you have scored 450 marks, so you can expect around 500 marks in Neet. But if you improve your preparation, you have the capability to score above 550 in NEET. As to get a good government
