Hello Raghavendra!

First of all, all the best for ur upcoming NEET Exam. The cut off marks required to get into karnataka government colleges will be around 150-200. But this is just an pass mark. It will not help you to get an medical seat.

For medical courses, you don't have to appear in KEAM examination.You will have to appear in NEET UG examination and your score will be considered for selection through keam.Keam doesn't conducts exam for medical courses, it offers admission based on scorecard of NEET UG.
