Hello Sarthak
You may appear for Neet as well as upsc at the same time but you won't be able to prepare for both exams.
It will be better if you focus on any one entrance exam and prepare .
Neet is a biggest entrance exam related to medical courses while UPSC entrance exam is given to become IAS
Both exams need dedication and very hard work.
You must decide in which field you wish to build your career then accordingly go for neet or upsc.

Hello aspirant,
Candidates must be 17 years old as of December 31, 2025, and pass the 10+2 or equivalent exam with English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and Biology from a recognised board. Applicants who have passed the Class 12 or equivalent exam are also eligible to apply for NEET. Thus, you will be qualified to administer NEET 2025 if you fit into this category. The NEET 2023 eligibility requirements are specified for all medical applicants by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
Hope this information helps you.
No, you cannot take the NEET exam until you have received a grade of at least 40% in each of the three subjects—physics, chemistry, and biology—in your 12th-grade class for students in the general category and a minimum grade of 50% for students in the OBC, SC, and ST categories.
Since you have only 33 percent marks in chemistry, so you are not eligible to appear in NEET Exam.
Hope it helps you
