Hello aspirant. With 384 marks, you won't be able to get any government medical college. However, your marks are suitable enough to get you a seat in private medical colleges in Rajasthan as you have Rajasthan domicile or deemed universities.

In 2021 neet exam, cut off had gone above expectations, minimum Mark's needed to qualify for NEET this year 138 for general and nearly this for other categories too.
You can try for private medical colleges or should try for other medical courses too.
