1. For Telangana state counselling, you will have to register at http://knruhs.telangana.gov.in/admission-notifications and fill all the required details such as name, category, NEET score, application number etc.

You can try for semi-govt or private dental colleges. Ayurvedic, Homeopathic colleges are also available but it totally depends upon the cutoff.
Having a Delhi Domicile doesn't help much, as delhi has all top medical colleges. And their cutoffs are always Skyrocketing. Try to contact abroad admission counseling teams.
