It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination

I hope you are doing well. I see that you have scored 219 marks in your neet examination. With the marks scored it is not possible for you to get a government seat for BAMS in Maharashtra. Anyways you could get a seat in private colleges through management.

You are eligible for applying for NEET irrespective of your previous score.
You have to fill application.

In order to be eligible for NEET
  • You should be above 17 years and less than 25 years.
  • Have PCB main subject in 12th with English as main subject

Hope you are doing well . See as NEET-2021 state quota counsellings have not been conducted for most of the states it's very difficult to tell you the exact cut-offs . However an estimation can be made based on NEET-2020 cutoffs .

This is too early dear to ask for neet 2022 application form release, as neet 2021 counselling has not started yet.

Anyway,

We can expect, neet 2022 application form by February/March 2022.
