NMAM Institute of Technology is one of the best colleges in Karnataka. NMAM has some of the best faculties in the country. The placement records are over 90%. It depends from which college you want to do your Bcom. If you want to do it from Delhi University then on an average your fees for full course of three years will be atleast INR 50000. Note that it may differ from college to college.

Now as far as CS course is considered there will be registration fees and examination fees. Also if you plan to take classes for the subjects then it will increase.
