Hello aspirant, KLE Technology University is among the best college of VTU. On the other hand if we compare then NMAM is also a good college but not as good as KLE. And placement is also good in KLE. It depends from which college you want to do your Bcom. If you want to do it from Delhi University then on an average your fees for full course of three years will be atleast INR 50000. Note that it may differ from college to college.

Now as far as CS course is considered there will be registration fees and examination fees. Also if you plan to take classes for the subjects then it will increase.
