If you have choosen for local colleges then you can even go there and fill the application form offline and you won't need to apply online for them.

You have scored very good results in your 12th board exam so you can easily get admission into any course in Andhra University.
The eligibility criteria for getting admission into B.Sc course to pursue Nutrition & Dietetics is that the candidate should complete 12th board from a recognized institute with Chemistry & Biology as core subjects. So, you already had Chemistry & Biology in 12th board so that would not be a problem.
Also, during the counselling process, the seats are allotted on the basis of merit achieved in 12th board exams so you have a fair chance. Generally there's no donation involved in getting admission into colleges to pursue B.SC course in Nutrition & Dietetics but you need to pay the admission fees irrespective of your cast category & financial situation.
You may request for a concession in the fees by writing to the authorities after getting admission to the college but the minimal fees for getting the admission is usually mandatory until the college offers any special relaxation.

You can apply for a job in India as well as abroad. To apply for jobs outside will take more effort and is the process is quite long. To apply for jobs in India you need to qualify for the exam conducted by an Indian Dietician Association.
On passing this exam you will be qualified as a Registered Dietician. Also, you need to have a 6-months internship as a dietician or a nutritionist to be eligible for the above-mentioned entrance exam.
