As per Careers360 rating, Chandigarh University has got AAA which says this is an above average college overall whether you talk about cut off trend, faculty, facilities, national an state ranking etc. So I would suggest you to target for better options and keep this one as a secondary one

the minimum eligibility criteria for taking admission in BE Petroleum Engineering is pass in 12th board with Physics, Chemistry and Maths with at least 60% marks.

there is a separate entrance exam for this course .you can appear in this exam.

Whats the ranking of Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology Raebareli by NIRF?

NIRF only provides ranking for 100 institutes/colleges for engineering program.

Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology Raebareli is not in the list.

 

It is a government college in UP approved by UGC estd. in 2007. Overall it is a average college.

According to NIRF ranking it in in 94th position.

The rank varies in different types of reservations it has. Some are like caste categories, region wise etc . For general the closing rank for petroleum was 6611 in 2017.
