you cannot do honours in two subjects at a time . you must have to chose any one subject for honours . however if you want to do any course which recquires both maths and physics then you not to worry .just make sure to study the other

Since BSC is not enough to became a ISRO scientist I guess.Isro is taking bachelor graduates very rarely.So after completing MSC/PhD in physics you have high probability after MSC/PhD you can apply for Research scientist position and other fellow positions in ISRO.All you have to do is complete
Not always,but depends on the university syllabus which the college follows (in India). If your university provides BSc Physics Only with Mathematics subsidiary options then you will have to study them both,but some universities do have options of Accountancy,Statistics ,etc in place of Mathematics and Chemistry.Check out the subsidiary subject
