Doing b.pharma course also have great opportunities but all it depends on picking the good college with best placements , so I suggest you to do your b.pharma in best University so u get good opportunity in campus placements  ,your spending 4-5 laces so choose best University because in normal colleges u get few opportunities and also very few companies comes for drive's, I suggest you to go with University with best academic background and placement
