, May be you do not do that thing because doing engineering in two colleges simultaneously is not possible but you can follow that:

Hi aspirant,

You have obtained 27,840 EWS category rank. With such category rank it is difficult for you to get admission in NITs or IIITs. Iy would be better for you to look for some private engineering colleges or participate in state counselling for getting admission in state government engineering

is it necessary for doing pg from IARI new delhi one has to do bsc from icar accredited University? or those who studied bsc agriculture, biotech, fisheries, forestry etc from private University that is not accredited to icar can also apply?

Hey!

For giving ICAR All India Entrance Examination for Admission(AIEEA) PG exam  those candidtes are eligible who have completed their degree from private universities/colleges accredited by the  ICAR.

So Yes it is true the graduation degree should be from colleges/universities those are accredited by the ICAR.

As far as your question is concerned, it depends on your university 's accreditation with ICAR. The students studying in private universities accredited by ICAR are eligible to apply for the ICAR JRF exam whereas the students who are not into universities accredited by ICAR are not eligible to
