Well if you are going for bachelor in science degree then you need to have completed your high school with science as a subject and as you have commerce, I do not think that you will be able to apply as the eligibility criteria won't be satisfied by you.
Well watching psycho movies or reading case studies is something that you will eventually do but after a long time of study. I am also a Psychology student. And initially you need to learn a lot of concepts and basic things and that will only take your bachelor's degree.
