Dear Aspirant,
Exclusive Round/ Spot Round/ Special Round counselling for any exam is held after the normal round counselling is over. Exclusive counselling is done for the seats that remain vacant after the normal round counselling. Many students leave their seats when they get a better college or when they decide to take a drop or due to any other reasons. In that case, the students with lower ranks get a chance to take up those seats.
