JEE main is an engineering entrance examination for admission into IIITs, NITs and GFTIs. For the above rank, 24 k you will get admission for cse in many colleges via comedk like Gitam institute of technology, NMAM institute of technology, jain university of technology etc.

You may have a chance to get admission in PES engineering college. When we go through previous year closing rank, it was 23 k. So there is a chance for both.

In MS Ramaiyya previous year closing rank was 13k for cse. So it will be difficult to get admission there.

In RVCE ,9k was closing rank so, you wont get admission for this rank.
