Ive got Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Branch at VIT BHOPAL(M.Tech). Could you kindly advice whether this would be a worthwhile academic and career investment, or should in consider other institutions?

kumardurgesh1802 18th May, 2025

Hello Ashish,

You're at an important decision point, so let's break it down carefully.

M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at VIT Bhopal:

Positives:

  1. Emerging & In-Demand Field:

    • AI and Data Science are among the most sought-after tech domains globally.

    • Career options include ML Engineer, Data Scientist, AI Researcher, Big Data Engineer , etc.

  2. VIT Brand Recognition:

    • While VIT Vellore is more reputed, VIT Bhopal benefits from the same group’s curriculum design, industry collaborations , and tech-focused approach.

  3. Infrastructure & Curriculum:

    • VIT Bhopal emphasizes project-based learning, virtual labs , and modern research labs in AI/ML.

    • The curriculum is generally aligned with industry needs , including tools like Python, TensorFlow, Keras, Hadoop, etc.

  4. Placement Support:

    • Decent placement support through VIT’s centralized system.

    • You may find roles in startups, analytics firms , or IT services with initial packages ranging from Rs. 4–8 LPA for average performers; higher with internships, research, or upskilling.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries, feel free to share your questions with us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you, and I wish you all the best in your bright future.

Yes, scoring 50% in Class 12th may be sufficient for pursuing a B.Tech in Computer Science, depending on the specific college and admission criteria. dr bps college agra bsc computer science pcb students kar sakte hai please reply

harsh singh 18th May, 2025

If you have completed 12th with PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and did not have Mathematics, then you are not eligible for B.Sc. Computer Science at Dr. BPS College, Agra.

Why not eligible?

Most colleges, including Dr. BPS College, require Mathematics as a compulsory subject in 12th for admission into B.Sc. Computer Science.

I got 60% in 12th science group A and got 38 or in GUJCET what will be my acpc rank? can I do B.Tech or BCA in govt college with these grades? what should I choose for better income in future?

Sujal Singh 18th May, 2025

With 60% in 12th Science (Group A) and around 38 in GUJCET, your ACPC rank might be quite low, making admission to government B.Tech colleges difficult. BCA is more accessible and offers good IT job prospects. For better income, B.Tech is ideal if you improve your score.

I want to get Admission in ISSER in ba. I got 93% in my 12 class and I have also a NSS certificate and I am from UT poll so, and i have social science subject in class 12 Am I able to get Admission in ISSER ????

Vasundhra 18th May, 2025

Dear Candidate
It appears that you may not be eligible for admission to the undergraduate programs at the Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research ( IISERs) for the academic year 2025. The eligibility criteria for the IISER aptitude test (IAT) 2025 stipulate that candidates must have completed their class 12 or equivalent examination with at least three subjects among Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics  and Physics. Since your academic background in social sciences , you do not meet this specific subject requirement.
While your impressive academic performance ,possession of a NSS certificate and domicile in a Union Territory are commendable , they do not compensate for the mandatory subject prerequisites.

with a rank of 10650 in viteee can i get computer science branch in vit bhopal or vit ap

vinayak Ramachandran 19th May, 2025

Hey!, you have a really good chance of getting CSE at both VIT-AP and VIT Bhopal, most likely in Category 2 or 3. Your rank is well within the cutoff range for both campuses. Category 1 at VIT-AP might be tough, but not impossible if cutoffs go slightly higher this year. VIT Bhopal is usually more flexible, so chances there are even better. Just make sure to list these options during counselling. If you’re aiming for CSE, these are great choices to consider. Best of luck!
