As per admission procedure of IGNOU, candidates need to submit the documents of their last qualifying examination in the form of scanned documents so unless you have this proof you cannot apply for the programme, so you have to wait for the completion of your course, then only you

Due to Covid 19 pandemic, All ug and PG exams 2020 are postponed. Most probably 4th semester , Master of Science ( all streams) will be conducted in July or August. Exact dates are not released. Time table will be updated in first week of july
