Dear Sumit,
The MHT CET cutoff 2018 will be available only at the time of counselling. Candidates, however, by following the previous years’ MHT CET cutoff would get an idea how much they have to score in their respective categories to get admission at a specific institute and course.
I’ll suggest you to go through this career 360 data, it includes all cutoff ( Round 1,2,3)

Hello Aspirant,
Hope you are doing great. In terms of government jobs, mechanical engineering is regarded as the best core discipline. Compared to electrical engineering, it has a larger number of seats available for both the Gate and the ESE exams. EEE is in higher demand than ECE in core businesses. ECE students, however, are also eligible to apply to IT firms. ECE students have more opportunities in IES than EEE students do. ECE has a higher chance of landing a government job than EEE.
ALL THE BEST

Hey there, you have not mentioned the exam , so i am assuming it to be JEE. It depends upon your category and home state quota.
if you belong to general category, then it is difficult for you to get cs in any govt college whereas you can get other branches like ece, or ee.
if your category is SC/ST/OBC/PWD then chances are likely for you t ge cs in state funded colleges or NITs. here are few links to help.

Dear Candidate,
Well, there are no such difference between B.E and B.tech , just the only minor diffrence is .. B.Tech is specially based on practical course where your skill is developed and verified with your on hands project/work, while B.e program is totally based on Theoretical knowledge . But in both cases , you have to learn Engineering (the core concept)
So, in your desired college .. if you have not found any B.tech course ,don't worry .. it will not hamper your career in Engineering field !
Hope you understand !
Best wishes !!
