For general category candidates to fetch a free seat they must secure a rank within 10,000. Candidates with rank with 10,000 will get free seat which means that their tuition fee will be reimbursed fully. And to get such rank you need to score minimum 95-105 marks to have decent chances of securing such rank.

fee structure completely depends on the colleges and as per sree vidyanikethan engineering college  the fee range of hostel varies between 40k-60k per year and you have 2 options like private hostels and college hostels so if you go with private hostels then there are many private hostels near the college you can also stay in it but i suggest to go with college hostel as it is more secure and the fee is bit high but you will get quality food and also best rooms with good maintenance  and for more information go to below link

You have not mentioned your category, but based on previous years cut off trends candidates with ranks 10000-1100000 secure seat in Shri Vidyanikethan Engineering College, Tirupathi in various branches.So, to be on safe side if you secure a rank below 20000 you may have good chances of getting in choice of your branch.And you must score above 100 to get a decent rank.
