In order to take admission in MBBS you can appear in NEET, AIIMS and JIPMER entrance exam.

 

Fee structure varies college to college.

Government colleges have less fee structure in comparison to private colleges.

GRE is used to MS or other master degrees from outside university.

For studying in a good university outside India you will need to give GMAT exam. GMAT exam is also of similar difficulty level as of CAT exam. Quantitative ability might be a little less difficult but Verbal Ability

There is no age bar for IELTS. There are some test centres in India where you can give the IELTS exam. Since you are planning to pursue higher studies in Australia, you should go for IELTS academic. If you don't know English pretty well, it would be hard for you
