Take the standard tests (GRE/GMAT/SAT/MCAT etc) well before time. Also take language proficiency tests like IELTS/TOEFL. After you achieve desired scores, obtain recommendation letters, a statement of purpose (SOP) and mail these along with your application and marksheets to the admissions commitee.
