When can I register for this exam . Am I too late ? If yes, when should I register next time

There are multiple exams through which you can pursue bachelor degree else masters degree or a phd as well.To be still more specific could you please provide the course you are looking for to guide you better.
The following exams are for those who are interested in studying at abroad:-
1. SAT for Graduate programs (acceptable in US)
2. GRE for Masters in any specialization of your interest(Exam accepted in US)
3. GMAT for Masters in Management (Exam accepted worldwide; US looks for GMAT for management courses)
4. TOEFL & IELTS countries like Australia require their scores for pursuing Master programs. Some US schools do ask for these scores too.
5.Germany would require a German language exam score for the admissions to any of the courses.
