If they do you can apply for them and then get admissions in the college you like. If they don't then maybe there won't be any other way. Few college accept admissions through Management Quota too. So you can check whether the colleges you want admissions accept Management Quota or not. You can even call the respective colleges and ask them what are the different ways of admissions other than TCET.
