As you didn't mentioned your category I am assuming you to be a general category student. Sorry to disappoint you but you can't get admission in any of the engineering coursea offered by Amrita University in any of it's branch, the cutoff rank is below 10k for every course however if you have state quota in any of the campus then you can easily get core branches there.

There might be a chance of getting into that college for admission but firstly check with that college's cutt off if you're scoring above the college's cutt off then yes you will have a chance but if you're not scoring above cutt off of college then i am sorry to say there won't br a chance. Honestly your rank is quite low fir getting admission into these college still have a look. Whereas you also have lots of choice to get other colleges too. 

According to your rank that yoy have mentioned-

1)In CMR university, you are only eligible for btech in information technology

2)In BMS you are not eligible because of for rank with is too low for that particular institution. 

3)In BIT also you are not eligible due to low rank.

According to previous year cutoffs, B.Tech for Computer Science and Engineering General is 9780 rank and B.Tech Electronics & Communication Engineering General 12544. So you should explore other options.

Let it be any college other than RV, the semister in 1st year is only 2. And every year the number of semister remains same that is 2 for every colle in this country for B. TECH.

First of all, let me make it clear to you that RV College of Engineering doesn't use JEE Main exam as a criteria for admitting students. So unfortunately your JEE score is of no use to them.

RV College of Engineering takes admission in three ways:

1- Through KCET (Karanataka Common Entrance Test) - 45% seats
