As you didn't mentioned your category I am assuming you to be a general category student. Sorry to disappoint you but you can't get admission in any of the engineering coursea offered by Amrita University in any of it's branch, the cutoff rank is below 10k for every course however

There might be a chance of getting into that college for admission but firstly check with that college's cutt off if you're scoring above the college's cutt off then yes you will have a chance but if you're not scoring above cutt off of college

According to previous year cutoffs, B.Tech for Computer Science and Engineering General is 9780 rank and B.Tech Electronics & Communication Engineering General 12544. So you should explore other options.

Let it be any college other than RV, the semister in 1st year is only 2. And every year the number of semister remains same that is 2 for every colle in this country for B. TECH.
