Admission to Master of Science (M.Sc)
General
Candidates who have passed the three year Bachelor’s degree examination of Bangalore University or any other University considered as equivalent thereto, with the respective subject as optional / major / special / main subject, any other allied subjects, are eligible for admission to the Master of Science programs provided they have secured a minimum of 40% marks in the aggregate of all subjects and 50% (45% for SC/ST/Category I candidates) marks in the cognate subject.
M Sc in Biotechnology
Candidates passing B.Sc. Degree examination with at least one subject as optional in Biological sciences, (Biotechnology, Botany, Zoology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Sericulture) with Chemistry or Biochemistry as other optional, or two subjects in biological sciences are eligible. Candidates who have passed B Sc Honours in Biological Sciences are also eligible.
In absence of candidates in (a), the Graduates in Agricultural Science, Dairy Sciences, Horticulture, Forestry, Fisheries, Pharmacy, Engineering (Biotechnology), Medicine / Dental or Agricultural Engineering, with 50% marks in the aggregate are eligible.
M Sc in Microbiology
Candidates passing B.Sc. Degree examination with at least one subject as optional in Biological sciences, (Microbiology, Biotechnology, Botany, Zoology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Molecular Biology, and Sericulture), B Sc. Honours, with Chemistry or Biochemistry as other optional, or two subjects in biological sciences are eligible.
M Sc in Mathematics
Graduates who have secured 40% marks in the aggregate of all subjects and at least 50% marks in Mathematics (cognate subject) at the degree level are eligible.
M Sc in Physics
Graduates who have studied Physics and Mathematics as two of the three cognate subjects and secured 40% marks in the aggregate of all subjects and 50% marks in the aggregate of all optional subjects at the degree level are eligible..
M Sc in Chemistry
Graduates who have secured 40% marks in the aggregate of all the subjects and 50% marks in Chemistry (cognate subject) and studied Mathematics at 10 + 2 or PUC level are eligible.
M Sc in Zoology
B.Sc. graduates who have secured 40% marks in the aggregate of all subjects and at least 50% marks in Zoology (cognate subject) at the degree level are eligible.
M Sc in Botany
Graduates who have secured 40% marks in the aggregate of all subjects and 50% marks in Botany / Applied Botany (cognate subject) in the qualifying examination are eligible..
Age of the candidate who is seeking admission to Masters in Science should not be 25 years or more at the time of admission to the M Sc programs.

As per the official notification, NATA Results will be released at the official website on July 21, 2019. The Council of Architecture does not conduct the admission counselling. State Colleges/ Universities offering admission in B.Arch course conduct their own separate counselling based on NATA scores. Eligible candidates who score minimum qualifying marks in National Aptitude Test for Architecture will only be eligible for NATA counselling and through that you'll be allocated the College in accordance to your merit and score.

Nitte meenakshi is a good college for CS department ..but BMS is one step ahead Nitte meenakshi college in terms of placements , faculty , infrastructure etc. Also BMSIT is a better college interms of ranking.
So , if you are getting BMSIT in second round , you should grab this oppurtunity..
