The last year cutoffs for a student belonging to UR category to get a seat in MS Ramaiah medical college , bangalore was 520+ under state quota and,540+ for AIQ. But this year , owing to the easiness of the paper , the cutoffs are most likely to increase by a minimum score of 15 to 20. So , if you are applying under state quota , then you have some chances to get a seat but you have no chances under AIQ.

See as per your Marks-281 it is difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota if applicable. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side.
You cannot get into any government medical college with this mark.
There is very less probability of getting a seat.
